Communities are built around music and at HYS we believe our students have a lot to contribute to a vibrant music community. We hold our young musicians to a high standard and in return we provide high-quality concert opportunities for them in professional concert settings. HYS produces 20-25 concerts each year, more than half of them are offered free to the public as a community service to make orchestral music fully accessible in our communities.
