4:30 pm - Registration Opens
4:30-5:30 pm - Silent Auction and No-Host Bar
5:15 pm - Ballroom Doors Open
5:30-7:00 pm - Dinner Buffet
7:00-9:00 pm - Concert with YSI and Willie K
