Summer Strings 2024

Come learn how to play a string instrument in our Summer Strings classes! We have beginning and intermediate level string orchestra classes available this summer at the Boys & Girls of Hawaii Spalding Clubhouse next to Washington Middle School in Honolulu.

• • Early Registration & Financial Aid Application Deadline is on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
  • Late Registration closes on Wednesday, May 15, 2024

Tuition: $575.00

Need-based financial aid is available! 

• • This can bring down the cost of tuition by up to 50%. We encourage all families to apply for financial aid. You can do so on the registration form when you register your child.

When are classes held?

Classes will start on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, and end on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Classes run Monday through Friday.

• • There will be NO classes on June 11, 2024 (Kamehameha Day) and June 19, 2024 (Juneteenth Holiday).

Class Times:

• • 3:15-4:15 pm Beginning String Class (NO experience necessary)
  • 4:30-5:30 pm Intermediate String Class (at least 1 year experience)
